Innovate training examination mode and promote working capacity

In the evening of August 17th,The meeting room of  new Jiyang group in the thirteen floor is brightGroup CEO’s  Assistant Chen Jun promotion training thesis defense was in processing in impassioned atmosphere .The Evaluation team composed of senior leadership and relevant personnel attended the defensePresident Ye Weichun and President Ding Yonggen attached  great importance to this activity,and guided the defense at that moment by themselvesGroup vice president, new Jiyang training college president Yu Guoping presided over the event.

       First of all, Mr. Yu introduced the background, agenda and standards of grading. Then Mr. Chen spent one and half an hour in presenting his paper  calledthe new Jiyang base oil strategic choice and countermeasure》,He did the serious and comprehensive analysis of world situation, Chinese current economic situation, trend of Chinese development, demand and trend of base oilcombined with the new Jiyang oil for years operating experience, put forward the purpose with the current situation of the management countermeasure and suggestion. The team including vice president Zhou Jiagan examiner and others raised more than 10questions around the content, job functions, comprehensive ability and so on. Chen Juns assistant showed comments on this activity, spoke with fervor and assurance, and gave a satisfactory answer. Finally, with excellent results obtained participants alike. President Ye Weichun spoke highly of the activity which was creative, practical and innovation. He said it has an better effect on promotion of personnel training. At the same time he raised new requirement for cadre training, encouraged the new training of cadres keeping doing well in innovation from the content to form , for the third time new Jiyangs pioneering work provided personnel security.
